100% Virgin Kraft Cardboard is a type of cardboard with strong fibers with a fiber content of 100% (primary cellulose). Pure kraft is the strongest of all cartons. It is the most ideal packaging material for food, due to its strength, flexibility, tear resistance and ability to contact food. It is the first choice of businesses that attach importance to naturalness with its clean and natural appearance. It can be used in the presentation of all kinds of food. However, it is more common in the packaging of healthy life products such as fruit, cold pasta and seasonal salads.

Kraft Liner is usually made from a mixture of less virgin kraft board pulp and more recycled pulp. Since the dough mixing ratios are never standard, there are differences in tone. Kraft Liner, which is not very durable and cheap, can be used in food packaging by making PE and Cellophane coating.

In Triplex chromes, both sides are covered with pure white cardboard. In duplex chromes, the lower surface is gray or white cellophane, in triplex chrome the gray area is in the middle of two white coatings. Coatings made in white can be glossy or matte according to the consumer’s request. It is especially preferred in fast-food and takeaway boxes.

White Cardboard Recycle is a cardboard made from 100% recycled secondary cellulose. It can be dark or light gray in color. It is not a preferred type of cardboard in the food industry due to its dirty appearance. It can be used in packages that do not require contact with food.
